It's not just Snow White who will be smitten: this apple, or rather this half of an apple, looks extremely tempting and belongs on a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, if only out of old tradition.
The skin shimmers almost flawlessly in a festive, matt red colour and reveals the firm flesh in a fruity, fresh pale yellow on the cut-open inside. Particularly cute: the shiny brown seeds in the centre. And a green stem and the brown rest of the flower have not been forgotten in the loving attention to detail. The absolute highlight: as if the apple had received its first snow, it has been powdered from above and on the sides with glittering white lattice.
