At least that's the impression given by the Christmas delicacy, which is artfully layered and should definitely be eaten with a knife and fork - its toppings are piled so high and exciting.
From bottom to top: The underside of a crispy, golden-brown baked round roll forms the base of this popular fast food snack. On top: a green layer of lettuce, followed by a juicy patty. Whether minced beef or vegan? You decide, because it always looks delicious. Just like the light green cucumber slices on top, the tomatoes? Bacon slices? Onions? Another salad?
