Whose mouth isn't watering? The elongated sweet pastry from France has long been a firm favourite in pastry shops and in the hearts, or rather mouths, of numerous fans in this country. So it's high time to erect a small monument to the choux pastry speciality in the Christmas tree as a Christmas tree figurine.
The glass eclair naturally looks good enough to eat: the pastry shimmers in a crispy light brown colour. The vanilla cream in the centre is creamy white and the dark brown lacquered top, elegantly dusted with brown glitter, leaves no room for doubt: It is clearly the chocolate variety.
