Artistic, delicate and sophisticated: The dragonfly fascinates even in the flesh with its unusual physique, delicate blue tones and impressive double wings. As a figurine for the Christmas tree, the summer insect presents itself as an absolute work of art.
Blue, yellow and even green at the tips of the rear wings - the outstretched wings shimmer in fresh, matt colours, separated only by the shiny, slender body in the centre. Vein-like contours were drawn on the wings with the finest brushstrokes. Blue glitter dust marks the contours, decorates the round compound eyes and dusts the front and back of the wings. The absolute highlight: the animal's filigree rear section is not made of glass at all. Colour-coordinated green-blue beads, also glittered, were threaded onto a thin wire and attached to the elaborate body as a tail.
