For sushi fans: here's a delicious bite for the tree! Ebi Nigiri is the technical name for this artful creation; shrimp on a block of rice for the diner. In contrast to the usual sushi bar practice, the glass version for the culinary Christmas tree has an elegant, matt dark green strip of seaweed on the underside, which holds a wasabi green vegetable.
Otherwise, the gently curved rice body comes in an elegant matt white colour. The unfolded prawn shimmers elegantly in a salmon colour, which, thanks to the air-brushing technique, also features stripes of different shades of light and dark.
