Thanks to the golden crown in the polar region, it can be hung up beautifully. With a little skill and, if necessary, a small stand, it can even be placed on its golden base like its big role model.
The crescent-shaped bracket holds the magnificent globe in a simple, shiny brass finish - naturally bevelled, as it should be with a proper earth axis. Numerous details have also been thought of for the surface, which is finished in relief. The sea, which naturally takes up most of the surface, is a matt light blue colour. Depending on the region, the continents have been coloured a shimmering light green, sandy yellow or mountainous orange. And the still pleasingly large ice area in the north has also been coloured white. Filigree glitter lines in matching colours such as green, white and orange-yellow also provide shiny or sparkling highlights.
