It stands for summer, warmth, Mediterranean flair and an incomparable fragrance: the purple-blue lavender - which is so name-giving that it should actually be described as lavender-coloured. Beautiful, dreamy and a must-have for every flower fan, lavender is also a Christmas tree ornament.
As a cut bouquet, hung upside down to dry, it dangles from the golden crown. The matt shimmering, light green stems, on which white outlines have been painted with delicate brushstrokes, are held together in a bunch with a purple and silver, genuine fabric ribbon. And the splendour of the flowers? The main feature here is their shape, which has been painted in matt iridescent shades of lilac, sometimes bluish, sometimes violet. Artistic, transparent, glued-on plastic beads, reminiscent of the small flowers, provide additional floral effects.
