Christmas bauble:  Morra

Morra is one of the most mysterious characters from the world of the Moomins - a lovingly whimsical narrative world created by Finnish author Tove Jansson. While many of the characters there are warm-hearted and playful, Morra has a quiet melancholy all of her own. At first glance, she seems dark and cool, but it is precisely this quiet otherness that makes her so fascinating. In the stories, she often stands for loneliness, but also for the need for closeness - a character who does not loudly ask for attention, but touches us precisely through her reserve

Her appearance is unmistakable: a rounded, flowing body, large, penetrating eyes and an almost motionless facial expression. Morra is not a classic "creepy" creature, but rather a gentle, sad appearance that remains in the background and yet lingers in the memory. Fans of the Moomins appreciate precisely this depth - it gives the figure a special emotional note and clearly sets it apart from typical fantasy figures

The sphere shows Morra as a compact, softly shaped figure with a slightly bell-like silhouette. The dominant color is a matt, dark grey with soft shades, while the striking yellow eyes and subtle light details on the face provide striking contrasts.
