What a sight to behold: This nostalgic Christmas bauble will not only make hunters' hearts beat faster. As a flattened bauble with two differently designed sides, it is both artistic and varied. Let's start with the back, which is simply coloured in the same matt gold tone that forms the background on the front. The pattern on it is therefore only created by the shape: a decorative scroll made up of grooves and raised dots, slightly reminiscent of a fossil. Raised and patterned in a soft zigzag, the edge forms a beautiful, separating frame to the picture, which ultimately dominates the front:
A magnificent, odd four-toed animal proudly presents its antlers in the shape of a bust. The fur on the head, ears and rump shines in brown, while the antlers and collar shimmer matt in the same colour. A carefully painted eye looks out at the observer with calm elegance. Dark green oak leaves frame the deer in a wonderfully traditional way.
