Certainly, a Bernese Mountain Dog usually has a much darker, if not black, coat and a much more distinctive facial pattern. On the other hand, every dog is ultimately unique and this glassy specimen for the Christmas tree is a real gem even without explicit breed characteristics.
In an upright sitting position, head turned slightly to the right, man's famous best friend looks trustingly at the viewer. Small, black eyes, a black dog's nose and a narrow, black line on the mouth combine to create a very successful, simple face with a beautiful character. The coat also impresses with its simplicity: a play of colours in different shades of brown sprayed on using the air-brush technique leads to a lighter blaze on the chest, which is sprinkled with a delicate white glitter dust.
