It's hard to imagine salads, soups and wok dishes without it. But Chinese cabbage is not only a real power vegetable when cooked and processed. The elongated plant also makes quite a statement on its own and is a real eye-catcher as a glass ornament in the Christmas tree - and not just for veggie fans.
Naturalistic and fresh: Like a miniature version of its natural counterpart - this is how the slender cabbage presents itself from all sides with its characteristic leaves, which are a matt glossy white at the bottom and turn a matt pale green at the top. The curly surface of the striking cabbage leaves, which is already predetermined in shape, is emphasised by white painted veins. Transparent plastic beads, which imitate dewdrops, provide a marvellous freshness effect.
