Even Caesar in ancient Rome knew it. Classics such as "Ludo" would be unthinkable without it, as would many other sociable amusements. We are of course talking about the dice, or more precisely the dice, which - according to the dictionary entry - is a cube consisting of six squares of equal size with rounded edges and corners.
Just like these two shiny black cubes for the Christmas tree, which not only look extremely elegant and chic. The numbers from one to six on the sides, depicted with silver glitter dots, are also arranged in exactly the right order - as they should be - so that the opposite sides add up to seven.
