Christmas bauble:  Polar bear

It is the largest land-dwelling predator on earth: the polar bear with its white fur and powerful yet cuddly shape. It goes without saying that this polar inhabitant, whose habitat is unfortunately shrinking due to climate change, deserves a place of honour on the Christmas tree.

Incidentally, this glassy specimen is floating along in a cosy sitting position on a shimmering glacier-blue ice floe. Delicate glitter dust accents shine like snow on the light-coloured fur. An extremely loyal looking face, painted with black brushstrokes, rounds off the successful appearance.
