The little rider sits enthroned on his new toy in an upright position, his pretty, wavy blond head turned to the left. The matt paintwork of the simple items of clothing - the shoes dark brown, the trousers wine red, the knitted jumper reed green - paired with the colour-coordinated, delicately glittered contrast stitching on the arms and legs, are wonderfully nostalgic. Just like the slightly stylised horse itself: It looks a little like it was baked from gingerbread with its rounded, bulging overall skid on the underside and its equally matt, shimmering, cake-brown paint finish. Regularly applied, large glitter dots in the three basic colours of red, yellow and blue sparkle just as festively as the reins and the edge of the saddle, which are decorated with brown glitter.
