It is the deepest of all wind instruments and, due to its size, weight and considerable range, probably not the first instrument you reach for when you want to make a little music. Nevertheless, its voice, the bass, is extremely important and, on closer inspection, the tuba is extremely beautiful.
As a glass figure for the Christmas tree, the size problem is practically solved automatically. At around 10.5 centimetres, it is guaranteed to fit into any living room, no matter how small, where it radiates subtle festivity with its matt golden shimmering, curved tube. The front and back have been carefully moulded in different ways. The four valves have been artfully emphasised with a different shade of gold. Golden glitter dust adorns the mighty funnel and the outer edge of the instrument. Filigree contours in the centre adorn the numerous coils of the blowpipe.
