It is a special bird in every respect: the puffin, affectionately known by some as the clown among birds. Because of its distinctive beak, which impresses with both its shape and colour and, in combination with its bright face, is simply unmistakable.
The talented diver, which is native to the northern Atlantic and the western Arctic Ocean, was also painted with bold brushstrokes as a glass figurine for the Christmas tree. Only the belly, which is white in nature, was painted in an elegant, glossy black, like the rest of the body, which was also dabbed with greenish glitter. Particularly striking: the artistic cliff and cave dweller is clipped into the tree using a golden clip.
